Pops of Color: Exterior

When remodeling a house, it's easy to focus most of your attention on the interior and forget how important a home’s curb appeal is. The front of the house is the first thing a potential buyer sees, it's what draws them in and captures their interest. By capturing their attention outside, you now have them excited to see the interior. By simply adding pops of color, be it painting accents, or adding a colorful landscape design, you can completely transform a home from dull and monotone to vibrant and inviting.

In our most recent remodels, we have been taking a boring front door and adding a vibrant color to give it just the right amount of spark. This simple idea is great for homeowners to do themselves, or for a person who is looking to sell their home. The cost is minimal, as you can typically use the existing door, just sand, paint and possibly change out the hardware. This quick update will make the world of difference to your homes curb appeal.
