BEFORE & AFTER

Today we look back at a project we just completed in Los Angeles. This house had great bones and character, but needed quite a bit of work to bring it back up to its glory days. The kitchens and bathrooms were completely gutted and remodeled with high end finishings, and modern charm. We stuck with bright white cabinets to really play off the natural light the home gets in both the kitchen and bathrooms.

The homes 1930's original charm was something we wanted to keep where we could. The floors were original hardwood that we resurfaced and restained to bring back to life. The fireplace was a focal point in the family room, with a great antique feel. We left the original brick exposed, and gave the mantel a fresh paint job. The tray ceilings and archways were kept, and painted to become a focal point of the room.

The exterior of the home needed some color, and we gave it just that! The door was painted a vibrant red, the trim was brightened up, and the chimney was given a great bold gray color. We installed some redwood fencing to really compliment the red door.

Now let's look at some before and after's!
