PWNE Capital is a real estate driven Investment Company with a focus on projects secured by
residential collateral.  Our projects create superior returns for our company, principals and
investors because they are carefully chosen and required to meet a strict criteria as defined by our
President.

Our corporate philosophy includes the belief that our projects and day to day operations hold
